Workshop
Insights into the educational work of the Niederbronn Youth Meeting and Educational Center (JBS) and the chronology of German-French history in the 20th century.
90-120 Minutes
The participants investigate, observe, analyse and critique their knowledge to establish links... in short, they discover the profession of historian.
The aim is to address the issue of the weight of history on communities and the political stakes of national identities and cultural, linguistic and religious minorities today.
Entire day
Divided into small groups, the pupils spend a day in pre-selected artistic and/or creative workshops with one objective: to present the most successful performance possible to the whole group.

During this activity, the pupils meet the inhabitants of Niederbronn-les-Bains.
Equipped with a map, a pencil and a questionnaire, the pupils set off to discover the most interesting and unusual corners of Niederbronn-les-Bains.

The aim is to introduce the students to the possibilities of concrete action and to give them the opportunity to become personally involved.

There are various leisure activities available around the JBS, such as a swimming pool, mini golf or high ropes course.
In addition to biographies of those who took part in the war, a multimedia presentation provides information about the course of the war in eastern France and explains the history of the military cemetery.
The exhibition "Fates of War - Destins de guerre" presents examples of eight individual fates of war dead buried at the Niederbronn-les-Bains war cemetery.
